Mega Manectric is back in Pokemon Go for a limited time. The Mega-Evolved Pokemon is appearing in raids as part of the game’s Evolving Stars event, giving you another chance to earn some energy to Mega Evolve your own Manectric.
Here are some tips to help you defeat the lightning-fast electric Pokemon before it leaves the raid rotation again.
Mega Manectric raid hours
Mega Manectric is appearing in Mega raids from Oct. 8 to Oct. 20, giving you just under two weeks to challenge it. Each time you defeat the Mega-Evolved Pokemon, you’ll earn some Manectric Mega Energy, which is needed to Mega Evolve your own Manectric.
Mega Manectric weaknesses
Like its regular form, Mega Manectric is a pure electric Pokemon, which means it has only one weakness: ground types. You’ll have the best chance of defeating Mega Manectric if you fill your team with ground Pokemon. Be sure to also avoid using any water or flying Pokemon, as they’re susceptible to electric-type attacks.
