Pokémon Go announces changes to Team GO Rocket's Shadow Pokémon

After Niantic announced next week a takeover of Rocket by Team GO, other updates have Official Pokemon Go Twitter and the Official Pokémon Go site Monday evening March 2, 2020. Reports suggest that the GO Rocket team has made some developments to the process by which they transform ordinary Pokémon into Shadow Pokémon. Now the Shadow Pokémon are even stronger than before, with their attacks inflicting even more damage. However, this strength comes with a critical weakness: Shadow Pokémon also take more damage than before! While this means that the Shadow Pokémon will be an even greater threat than before, the positive side may be that the trainers can also save them from Team GO Rocket faster.

In addition to doing and receiving more damage, as long as a Pokémon remains a Shadow Pokémon, it will cost less Star Dust and Candy to ignite it and teach it an additional Charge Attack. There will even be specific times when charged TMs will operate on Shadow Pokémon, allowing their frustration of special movement to be replaced by another more powerful charged attack. These changes also promise to make the Boss of the Rocket Legendary Shadow Pokémon Team GO, Giovanni was also forced to serve it even more powerful!

Will this increase in Team GO Rocket activity encourage you to save and purify even more Shadow Pokémon? Or will the promise of increased power at the expense of your Pokémon tempt you to keep your Shadow Pokémon in this dark affliction?
