Upgrades

Error correction

  • Fixed an issue where the Hero and Purifier badges would appear stuck on the Team GO Rocket post-battle summary screen.

  • Mitigated an issue where the thrown Pokéball could freeze in midair after being thrown.

  • Fixed an issue that resulted in the Pokémon Inventory Search entry being cleared after accessing a Pokédex entry through the Pokémon details menu.

  • After scanning a PokéStop for an AR scan field research task, Trainers now return to the field research page instead of the scan page.

  • Fixed an issue where the previously used Battle Party would not load in Team GO Rocket battles immediately after the app launch.

Legendary bulk transfer

It is finally here! The ability to activate bulk transfer of legendaries is live, I have tested it and it works. This is a great Quality of Life update and will make those 2x candy transfer events even easier!

It also warns you of the potential dangers of allowing massive transfers of legendaries, and that they can’t be undone and all that.

New Pokémon

Galarian Corsola and Coursela

It seems that we are going to get the Galarian variant of Corsola and its evolution Coursela. Galarian Corsola evolves into Sword and Shield at level 38, so it’s likely just a candy evolution.

Galar Slowking

Slowpoke, Slowbro, and Slowking de Galar could also be showing up. Look at that majestic beast!

In Sword and Shield, Galarian Slowpoke evolves into Galarian Slowbro when exposed to a Galarian Cuff and then Galarian Slowbro evolves into Galarian Slowking when exposed to Galarian Wreath.

New evolution requirement

I put this here because it probably means that we will get two more new Pokémon in Pokémon Go.

In the main series games, Inkay had an interesting evolution requirement. You needed to level up Inkay after level 30 while your game system was upside down. The code above suggests that this mechanic is coming to Pokémon Go, and suggests that Inkay might be on the way as well.

.set_EggTransparencySettings

It seems that we will be able to see what is potentially inside an egg, as well as the rarity of the Pokémon available. Apparently, we will not get percentages, but rarity icons. Which is not surprising. There’s also a switch in the Game Master file, so miners will be able to tell when it’s triggered.

Ring Material

.get_RingMaterial

Could this suggest that we will get new catch rings? Or maybe something to give our Pokémon that we really like?

That’s it for this Trainers, stay safe!
